2. Products and Customisation

Shri Balaji Fashions specialises in customised apparel, including T-shirts, hoodies, and other clothing products.

• Customised products may be available from a minimum order quantity of one piece, subject to product and design availability.
• Product colours, fabric textures, and print results may vary slightly due to screen settings, material characteristics, and production methods.
• Customisation options depend on the selected product and our production capabilities.
• Product images are provided for illustrative purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Orders and Pricing

Customers must provide accurate information regarding product selection, sizes, colours, quantities, delivery details, and customisation requirements.

All prices will be communicated before order confirmation. Quoted prices include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

Additional charges may apply for shipping, urgent production, special materials, design changes, or other agreed services.

An order is considered confirmed when the required order details, design approval, and advance payment have been received and acknowledged by us.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of ordering.

Production will begin after the required advance payment and final design approval have been received.

Customers must complete any outstanding balance according to the agreed payment terms. We may withhold dispatch until the full amount due has been paid.

5. Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the final design before production.

Please carefully check:

• Spelling and text.
• Names and logos.
• Artwork and print placement.
• Sizes and colours.
• Product quantities.
• Other customisation details.

Once final approval is provided, production may begin. Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges or require a new production schedule.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that:

• The information provided for their order is accurate.
• The selected sizes and quantities are correct.
• They own or have permission to use submitted artwork, logos, images, and trademarks.
• Their requested content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.

Shri Balaji Fashions reserves the right to refuse orders involving unlawful, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.

7. Production Timeline

Our usual production time is 3–4 working days after the final design, order details, and required advance payment have been confirmed.

This is an estimated production timeline, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delays may occur because of order complexity, material availability, production issues, courier disruptions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Next-day dispatch may be available for eligible orders at an additional charge of ₹35 per piece. Eligibility must be confirmed by us before the order is accepted.

Dispatch time and delivery time are different. Courier delivery may require additional time.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders across India, subject to serviceability and courier availability.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

Additional charges or delays caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability may be the customer’s responsibility where applicable.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Custom Products

Customised products are made according to customer-specific requirements.

Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for change of mind, incorrect sizes selected or supplied according to the customer’s approved specifications, or errors in artwork and details that the customer approved before production.

This restriction does not exclude any remedy required by applicable law, including remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially non-conforming products.

10. Order Cancellation

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

Cancellation may be possible before production begins, subject to confirmation by our team and any applicable costs already incurred.

Once customised production has started, cancellation may not be possible. Any refund, if applicable, will be assessed in accordance with our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including original text, graphics, branding, and design elements owned by Shri Balaji Fashions, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Customers retain their rights in artwork they own. By submitting artwork, customers authorise us to use it to fulfil their orders.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shri Balaji Fashions is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, courier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Customers should review that policy to understand how their information is collected and used.
